Pulse bag filter is an efficient purification equipment widely used both domestically and internationally. It adopts advanced dust cleaning technology and has the characteristics of large gas processing capacity, good purification effect, reliable operation, simple structure, and low maintenance. In recent years, with the development of China's chemical fiber industry, a new and durable filter material has been provided for pulse bag filters, expanding their scope of use. Currently, it has been widely used in metallurgy, casting, mining, chemical industry, pharmaceuticals, cement and building materials, grain and feed, mechanical light industry, power and other industries. It is particularly suitable for capturing small and dry non fibrous dust, and is an indispensable facility for eliminating pollution, protecting the environment, improving working conditions, and recycling useful materials in industrial production. This dust collector consists of an upper box (clean air chamber), a middle box (filter chamber), a lower cone (ash hopper), a pulse blowing mechanism, and an ash valve. During operation, the flue gas is directed towards the filter chamber through the flow channel. Due to the expansion of the volume, the flow rate of the flue gas suddenly slows down, causing some coarse particles to lose their suspension support and first fall into the ash hopper. The remaining fine smoke rises with the airflow and condenses on the surface of the filter bag. Therefore, the internal pressure continues to increase until the set value is reached. The controller automatically cuts off the air inlet of each chamber in turn to stop suction and blow air, forcing the dust adhered to each chamber to detach from the surface of the filter bag and fall into the ash hopper.
